1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing products or services, or otherwise engaging with King David Bespoke Suits (“King David,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. About Our Services

Summary

King David Bespoke Suits provides custom tailoring, alterations, and bespoke garment services.

King David specializes in custom-made garments, including suits, tuxedos, shirts, jackets, trousers, formalwear, wedding attire, and related tailoring services.

Because our products are individually designed and manufactured according to each customer’s specifications, additional terms apply to custom orders as outlined below.

3. Consultations and Appointments

Summary

Appointments are required for consultations, measurements, fittings, and garment delivery.

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, telephone, email, showroom, or other approved methods.

Customers are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened consultations or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff availability, emergencies, or operational requirements.

4. Measurements and Client Responsibilities

Summary

Accurate measurements are essential for custom garments.

Customers must provide accurate information during measurements and fittings.

If measurements are provided by the customer or a third-party tailor, King David is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements.

Customers are encouraged to attend all recommended fittings to ensure proper garment construction and fit.

5. Deposits and Payments

Summary

A deposit is required before production begins, and custom orders must be paid in full before delivery.

A non-refundable deposit is required before fabric procurement, pattern creation, or production begins.

The deposit amount will be communicated during the ordering process.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Production will not begin until the required deposit is received.
  • Final payment must be made before delivery or shipment.
  • Outstanding balances may delay completion or release of garments.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for non-payment.

6. Custom Order Policy

Summary

Custom garments are made specifically for each client and generally cannot be returned or refunded.

All bespoke, made-to-measure, and custom-made garments are final sale.

Because custom garments are created according to the customer’s measurements, fabric selections, design choices, and specifications:

  • Refunds are not available once production begins.
  • Returns are not accepted.
  • Exchanges are not permitted unless required by law.
  • Design changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges.

7. Fabric Selection and Variations

Summary

Actual fabrics and finished garments may vary slightly from samples.

Fabric colors, textures, patterns, and finishes may appear differently due to:

  • Lighting conditions
  • Computer screens and mobile devices
  • Dye lot variations
  • Natural fabric characteristics

Minor variations do not constitute defects.

8. Fittings and Alterations

Summary

Reasonable fit adjustments may be offered following delivery.

King David may provide reasonable alterations to address fit concerns identified shortly after delivery.

Complaints regarding fit should be reported within fourteen (14) days of receiving the garment.

Additional charges may apply when alterations are required because of:

  • Weight gain or loss
  • Pregnancy
  • Physical changes
  • Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
  • Changes requested after garment completion

We reserve the right to determine whether an alteration request qualifies for complimentary adjustment.

9. Production Timelines

Summary

Completion dates are estimates and not guarantees.

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith.

Production schedules may be affected by:

  • Fabric availability
  • Manufacturer delays
  • Shipping disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Force majeure events
  • Customer-requested changes

King David shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are encouraged to place wedding and event orders well in advance of their event dates.

10. Wedding and Special Event Orders

Summary

Customers are responsible for ordering with sufficient lead time.

Customers must disclose wedding dates, event dates, and required delivery dates at the time of ordering.

While we make every reasonable effort to meet requested timelines, we cannot guarantee completion where orders are placed with insufficient lead time.

King David is not responsible for consequential damages resulting from missed events, travel expenses, venue costs, or related losses.
